Yes. All the sarees at Keerthi Sarees are hand woven completely. Each and every thread of the saree is woven with hands. All the process involved in weaving the saree is carried out manually; no machine is used in any of the steps. Each weaver works from home with all his/her family helping in different steps of the process.

While great effort has been made to accurately reproduce sarees in their original grandeur, there might be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the color variations between the actual product and that is displayed on the screen due to digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. We request you to place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the saree received.

No. Not all the sarees come with an attached blouse cloth. You can identify if a saree is having the attached blouse cloth with it or not by looking at the 'With Blouse' field (set to yes/no) on the product's details page.

We believe our customers understand that even if they get something custom tailored locally, multiple sessions of trial and alterations are needed before the desired fit, pattern & look can be obtained. If you do not have facilities of local alterations or do not have access to someone who can help you with alterations you can contact us. In such cases unless the error is on our side cost should be paid by you.

Yes. The blouse stitching service cost includes the lining fabric and service costs. We provide the blouse stitching service with lining for all the blouses as the lining is compulsory for blouse.

We will send you an e-mail with the information for the shipment of your order, as soon as the shipment is handed over to the courier agency. We will send you the shipment consignment number and tracking URL so that you can also check the status of the courier on your own anytime. No. We do not include any of the above mentioned taxes while accepting the order from the customer. The taxes vary widely from country to country hence it is not possible to predict what they may be.
