Returns & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our prime objective. We are always looking forward to provide you the best products at the best of prices. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However due to some unforeseen situation if you are not satisfied with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

We do our best to make sure that you never need to use this policy. But still incase situation arise, the below policy is followed.

The return/exchange of purchased products is possible subject to the point that you inform your decision to us at contact@keerthisarees.com within 48 hours of receipt of products. We will try our best to find a solution.
The intimation should also be followed by the return of the purchased products within 5-7 days from the time of receipt of sarees. The responsibility to make sure that the sarees reach us with in 5-7 days is on you. Any charges for this need to be borne by you. Never send back an item without contacting with us. It is very important that you DO NOT send an item back to us until you have verified/confirmed with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
You can only request for a replacement/exchange of the product but you can not return the products and request for crediting the payment back unless the error is on our side and we are not able to offer you any replacements.
You cannot return/exchange the products on the grounds of color choice or design as once you order the item on the site you voluntarily confirm to its color and design.
Products returned should be in the original condition. Products that have been altered, laundered or worn will not be taken back. Copy of the invoice should also be sent along with sarees returned. Shipping charges for all returns need to be borne by the customer.
Products can not be returned over the concern of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming to them when placing the order.
Refund/Replacement will be processed once the products have been received by us in intact position and passed by our verification.
Incase of replacements the shipping charges paid for receiving the earlier products are not returned. And incase of replacements/exchanges you will be charged for receiving the alternate products unless the error is on our side on the earlier delivery.
No refund will be offered for improperly packaged returns.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, the same way sending the products back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we can’t help you. So please make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the bill till the shipment gets delivered to us.

Refund:

Incase the error is on our side and if we are not able to offer you any replacements full payment will be credited back to your account. All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer’s accounts from the date we process the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.
