Shipping Policy

Delivery To:

We deliver to any postal address around the world. We request you to provide us the complete address with the full street name and pin/zip code. If the items are returned to us after dispatching the order due to incomplete/incorrect address we are not responsible for any such deliveries and we can not provide any refunds also.

Shipping Charge:

Free shipping to any address in India.
For shipping location out of India the charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the parcel. The weight of any saree can be found on its detail page.

Shipping companies charge a fixed rate for a parcel weighing anywhere in a specific range. So you get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional saree. The larger you order the lower the shipping rate. The express delivery costs more than a normal delivery.

Delivery Time:

Shipping Local: All the deliveries with in India will be made in 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
Shipping Overseas: On the check out page you will be requested to select delivery method either "Express" or "Normal" shipping.

Express Shipping: We use FedEx, DHL Express and UPS couriers for delivery. Shipping takes between 5 - 7 working days based on the destination address.
Normal Shipping: We use Aramex and Indian Postal Department's registered parcel services for the delivery. Shipping takes between 10-15 working days based on the destination address.

Note:

If any additional options like Matching Petticoat/Apply Fall/Blouse Stitching services are requested then the respective option’s additional days are needed to the standard shipping time mentioned above.
All the delivery times mentioned above are as per the standard shipping vendors. We process the order as soon as we receive one. We always handover the shipment to the shipping vendor as per the schedule. Thereafter we will not have any control over the delivery time. We ship the items using reliable courier services only. If due to some reason from the vendor, if the parcel is delayed we are not responsible. But we assure you to follow up with them to deliver the items at the earliest.
The shipping charges do not include Import Duty/Vat/Customs Tax or any other taxes that may be levied. The customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Shipment and tracking Details:

Once an order is placed with us, you can track your orders by logging into your account and can view the current status of the order. We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order as soon as the shipment is handed over to the vendor. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same in orders history page on our website.

Note: Sometimes the tracking numbers for the orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Please be cautious when accepting parcel from courier:

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency so that we may follow up later.
